That’s why we work as an English speaking mechanic in Benidorm and the surrounding area — you explain the problem, we tell you what’s wrong, all in your language. It’s also a language problem — you can’t explain the noise, you can’t understand what the garage is telling you, and you’re never quite sure if the price you’re quoted is the real price.
We work the other way around. We come to you, we speak English, and we tell you exactly what we find. Before we touch anything, you get a fixed quote in writing. If the repair can be done on the spot, we do it. If it needs a workshop, we tell you that too — and we’ll explain what the workshop will say, so you’re not going in blind.

Do you speak English?
Yes. Everything is explained in English — what we find, what needs doing, what it costs, and what happens next. If you don’t speak Spanish, you won’t be left guessing what a garage is telling you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the car and the fault. We don’t give prices until we’ve seen the car, because guessing is how people get overcharged. What we do instead is: come out, diagnose, and give you a fixed quote in writing before any work starts. Once you accept it, the price doesn’t change.
Can you fix it on the spot?
Often, yes — battery, alternator, starter motor, fuses, wiring, and electrical faults are usually doable on-site. Some jobs need a workshop with a lift (suspension, clutch, gearbox, diagnostics on certain premium brands). If that’s the case, we tell you before coming out, not after.
Do you give an invoice?
Yes, always. Every job gets a proper invoice, itemising the work done and any parts used. Useful for your records, insurance, and for when you sell the car.
