Before you erase the code
Your OBD scanner sees the symptom. A professional diagnostic sees the cause.
If you’ve read the code with an OBD scanner, you know what is wrong. You don’t know where or how much. The OBD doesn’t access the HV battery modules — it can’t see block voltages, module differences, or the real state of the pack. It sees the warning light, but not what’s behind it.
A professional diagnostic with Launch or Techstream does access that data. It measures every block, compares voltages, and tells you exactly which modules are degraded. The difference between the two is the difference between «something is wrong» and «this specific block is at 40% capacity».

How long does it take?
Same day. The battery is in stock for Prius 2, 3 and Plus. Drop it off in the morning, pick it up in the evening.
Why is it cheaper than the dealer?
Same manufacturer, direct channel. The battery is identical (genuine Toyota), but we cut out the dealer’s markup and marketing structure.
Is there a warranty for commercial use?
Yes. 5-year written warranty. Covers the battery and the work done. Doesn’t cover accident, flooding, or third-party tampering. If you use the car for taxi or VTC, let us know — the warranty still applies.
